Hadith 10:148
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam and Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he says to his wife, before he has consummated the marriage with her, "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," she becomes separated by one [divorce], and the two [remaining] fall away.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن اشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم قال إذا قال لأمرأته قبل أن يدخل بها أنت طالق أنت طالق أنت طالق بانت بواحدة وسقطت اثنتان
