Hadith 10:1485
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from Ata’ ibn al-Sa’ib, who said: A man came to al-Sha’bi and said: A man said to his wife, "If you do not eat this bone, then you are thrice divorced." Then a cat came and took the bone. Al-Sha’bi said: He did not make an exit for her; may Allah not make an exit for him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا [ عبيدة بن ] حميد عن عطاء بن السائب قال جاء إلى الشعبي رجل فقال رجل قال لأمرأته إن لم تأكلي هذا العرق فامرأته طالق ثلاثا فجاءت السنور فأخذت العرق فقال الشعبي لم يجعل لها مخرجا لا جعل الله له مخرجا
