Hadith 10:1487
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Jabir, from 'Amir, who said: If a slave divorces [his wife] with a divorce in which he possesses the right of return, then upon him is the maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن جابر عن عامر قال إذا طلق العبد طلاقا يملك الرجعة فعليه النفقة
