Hadith 10:1488
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he claims the return (raj'ah) before the expiration of the waiting period ('iddah), then the burden of proof is upon him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إذا ادعى الرجعة قبل انقضاء العدة فعليه البينة
