Hadith 10:149
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Fuqaymi, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, he said: If he says, before he has consummated the marriage with her, "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," she becomes irrevocably divorced by the first, and the other two are of no consequence.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن سفيان عن الفقيمي عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال إذا قال قبل أن يدخل بها أنت طالق أنت طالق أنت طالق بانت بالأولى والأخريان ليستا بشيء
