Hadith 10:1492
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn Sami' narrated to us, from Abu Razin, he said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is your opinion regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted: 'Divorce is twice, then either retention in an acceptable manner or release with good treatment,' so where is the third?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Retention in an acceptable manner or release with good treatment—that is the third."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية قال نا إسماعيل بن سميع عن أبي رزين قال أتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل فقال يا رسول الله أرأيت قول الله تعالى @QB@ الطلاق مرتان فإمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان @QE@ 1 فأين الثالثة فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان هي الثالثة
