Hadith 10:1495
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hassan bin Salih narrated to us, from Simak, he said: I heard Ikrimah saying: "The divorce is twice, then either retention on reasonable terms or release with kindness." He said: If a man divorces his wife once, then if he wishes, he may remarry her. And if he divorces her twice, then if he wishes, he may remarry her. But if he divorces her three times, she is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حسن بن صالح عن سماك قال سمعت عكرمة يقول @QB@ الطلاق مرتان فإمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان @QE@ قال إذاطلق الرجل امرأته واحدة فإن شاء نكحها وإذا طلقها ثنتين فإن شاء نكحها فإذا طلقها ثلاثا فلا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
