Hadith 10:15
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from ‘Abdullah, who said: Whoever desires the divorce which is the [correct] divorce, let him divorce her with one pronouncement, then leave her until she has menstruated three menstrual cycles.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن أبي الأحوص عن عبد الله قال من أراد الطلاق الذي هو الطلاق فليطلقها تطليقة ثم يدعها حتى تحيض ثلاث حيض
