Hadith 10:1503
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from al-Sha’bi, who said: A man swore an oath (of abstention) against his wife, then he died while she was in the final part of her waiting period. He said: She must observe a waiting period of eleven months.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الله بن إدريس عن حصين عن الشعبي قال آلى رجل من امراته ثم مات عنها في آخر عدتها قال تعتد أحد عشر شهرا
