Hadith 10:1504
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: Khul’ is an irrevocable divorce (taliqa ba’in). And whatever she stipulated upon him of divorce, it is for her.
