Hadith 10:1507
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from al-Hasan, he said: Whichever of the two—the husband or the wife—is stoned, then the other has the inheritance from him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن الحسن قال أيهما رجم الزوج أو المرأة فلصاحبه منه الميراث
