Hadith 10:1510
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Zuhayr, from Jabir, from Amir, regarding a man who produced four witnesses against his wife that she committed adultery. He said: She is to be stoned, and he inherits from her.
