Hadith 10:1511
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, he said: Ash'ath narrated to us, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who accuses his wife of adultery while she is young: He said: There is no prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him, nor is there a process of mutual cursing (li'an).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معاذ بن معاذ قال نا أشعث عن الحسن في رجل قذف امرأته وهي صغيرة قال ليس عليه حد ولا لعان
