Hadith 10:1512
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abd al-Karim, from al-Hakam and al-Zuhri regarding a man who married a woman on the condition that her affair [the authority to divorce] is in the hand of a man. Al-Hakam said: It is nothing [invalid]. And al-Zuhri said: Rather, it is [valid]. And Sufyan said: My opinion is the opinion of al-Zuhri.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن عبد الكريم عن الحكم والزهري في رجل تزوج امرأة على أن أمرها بيد رجل قال الحكم ليس بشيء وقال الزهري بلى وقال سفيان رأيي رأي الزهري
