Hadith 10:1514
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Zakariya, from al-Sha’bi, regarding a woman who married a man and remained with him for two years, then her [first] husband arrived and took her, and the other [the second husband] divorced her. He said: There is no divorce for him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن نمير عن زكريا عن الشعبي في امرأة تزوجت رجلا فمكثت عنده سنتين ثم قدم زوجها فأخذها فطلقها الآخر قال لا طلاق له
