Hadith 10:1524
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ishaq al-Azraq narrated to us, from Abu al-‘Ala’, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said to his wife, "If you enter the house of so-and-so, you are divorced," and then the house was demolished. He said: If the house was demolished, then it is not a divorce. Ibn Hashim said: If the house was in the man’s possession and it was demolished, or if it was a path and she entered it, then the divorce has occurred upon her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسحاق الأزرق عن أبي العلاء عن الحسن في رجل قال لأمرأته إن دخلت دار فلان أنت طالق فهدمت الدار قال إذا هدمت الدار فليس بطلاق وقال بن هاشم إذا كانت الدار في ملك الرجل فهدمت أو كانت طريقا فدخلته فقد وقع عليها الطلاق
