Hadith 10:153
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from ‘Ata, from Ibn Abbas, he said: If he divorces her three times before he has consummated the marriage with her, she does not become lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him. And if he said them consecutively, she becomes irrevocably divorced by the first one.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عطاء عن بن عباس قال إذا طلقها ثلاثا قبل أن يدخل بها لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره ولو قالها تترى ( 1 ) بانت بالأولى
