Hadith 10:1536
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Abu Abdullah al-Thaqafi, that a woman obtained a khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) from her husband. Ibrahim said: "As for her, she will dispute with you before Allah on the Day of Resurrection."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع قال نا حماد بن زيد عن أبي عبد الله الثقفي أن امراة اختلعت من زوجها فقال إبراهيم أما إنها مخاصمتك عند الله يوم القيامة
