Hadith 10:1537
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Abu Hilal narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Buraydah, he said: Umar ibn al-Khattab said: "When women desire khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife), do not call them disbelievers."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع قال نا أبو هلال عن عبد الله بن بريدة قال قال عمر بن الخطاب إذا أراد النساء الخلع فلا تكفروهن
