Hadith 10:154
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus and 'Ata', that they both said: If a man divorces his wife three times before he has consummated the marriage with her, it is one [divorce].
