Hadith 10:1542
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Isra'il, from al-Suddi, from Abu Malik: "And for the men is a degree over them" (2:228). He said: He divorces her, and she has no say in the matter.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبيد الله عن إسرائيل عن السدي عن أبي مالك @QB@ وللرجال عليهن درجة @QE@ قال يطلقها وليس لها من الأمر شيء
