Hadith 10:1553
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Shaqiq narrated to us, he said: Husayn ibn Waqid informed us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, he said: I heard Shurayh say: If a woman miscarries a fetus, the waiting period of the free woman is completed, and the slave woman is emancipated.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن الحسن بن شقيق قال أخبرنا حسين بن واقد قال نا بن مبارك قال سمعت شريحا يقول إذا أسقطت المرأة سقطا تم عدة الحرة وأعتقت السرية
