Hadith 10:1558
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sawa narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, who said: If he approaches her before four months have passed, then she is thrice divorced. If he leaves her until four months have passed, then she has become separated from him by one [divorce], and he may remarry her if he wishes, and he may consummate the marriage with her before the year has passed.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال إن قربها قبل أن تمضي أربعة أشهر فهي طالق ثلاثا فإن تركها حتى تمضي أربعة اشهر فقد بانت منه بواحدة ويتزوجها إن شاء ويدخل بها قبل أن تمضي السنة
