Hadith 10:1559
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sawa narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he approaches her before four months have passed, then she is thrice divorced. And if he leaves her until four months have passed, then she has become separated from him by one [divorce]. And he does not marry her until a year has passed, less what the period of *Ila’* (oath of abstention) enters upon him—two or three months—and he marries her, but he does not approach her until the year has passed. And that is the opinion of Sa’id.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال إن قربها قبل أن تمضي أربعة أشهر فهي طالق ثلاثا وإن تركها حتى تمضي أربعة أشهر فقد بانت منه بواحدة ولا يتزوجها حتى يمضي من السنة أقل مما يدخل عليه الإيلاء شهران أو ثلاثة ويتزوجها ولا يقربها حتى تمضي السنة وذلك رأي سعيد
