Hadith 10:157
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam ibn Harb narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who divorced his wife once. Then a man met him and said, "Did you divorce your wife?" He said, "Yes." Then another met him and said, "Did you divorce [her]?" He said, "Yes." He said, "If he intended the first [divorce], then it is one."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد السلام بن حرب [ عن ] مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل طلق امرأته واحدة فلقيه رجل فيقول طلقت امرأتك فيقول نعم ثم لقيه آخر فقال طلقت قال نعم فقال إن كان نوى الأولى فهي واحدة
