Hadith 10:158
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us regarding a man who divorces his wife, then a man meets him and says, "Did you divorce her?" He says, "Yes." Then another meets him and says, "Did you divorce her?" He says, "Yes." He narrated to us from Abu Ishaq, from Ibn Ma'qil and al-Sha'bi, they both said: "If he intended the first [divorce], then there is no harm."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن الرجل يطلق المرأة فيلقاه الرجل [ فيقول ] طلقت فيقول نعم ثم يلقاه آخر فيقول طلقت فيقول نعم فحدثنا عن أبي إسحاق عن بن [ معقل ] والشعبي قالا إذا أراد الأول فلا بأس
