Hadith 10:160
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Abd Rabbih, from Jabir ibn Zayd: He said: I asked him about a man who divorced his wife one divorce, then he divorced her another, so they were two. Then a man met him and said: "Have you divorced your wife?" He said: "Yes." He said: He said: "If he only intended what he had divorced, then there is nothing upon him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو داود الطيالسي عن عبد ربه عن جابر بن زيد قال سألته عن رجل طلق امرأته تطليقة ثم طلقها أخرى فكانتا اثنتين ثم لقيه رجل فقال طلقت امرأتك فقال نعم قال فقال إن كان إنما أراد ما كان طلق فليس عليه شيء
