Hadith 10:164
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who says to his wife, "You are divorced in a year." He said: It falls upon her the day he said it.
