Hadith 10:171
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from ‘Amr, who said: Jabir ibn Zayd was asked about a man who said to his wife, "When I enter the state of Ihram for such-and-such month, my wife is divorced until the turn of the year." He said: I see her as divorced until the term he specified, and she is lawful [to him] in the time before that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن عمرو قال سئل جابر بن زيد عن رجل قال لأمرأته إذا أهللت شهر كذا وكذا فامرأتي طالق إلى رأس السنة قال أراها طالق إلى الأجل الذي سمى وتحل فيما دون ذلك
