Hadith 10:183
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha’bi, he said: The divorce of the insane person is not valid.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن داود عن الشعبي قال المجنون لا يجوز طلاقه
