Hadith 10:184
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, from Aban ibn Uthman, from Uthman, he said: There is no divorce for a person who is insane, nor for a person who is intoxicated.
