Hadith 10:188
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from ‘Abis ibn Rabi’ah, from ‘Ali, who said: Every divorce is permissible except the divorce of the mentally deficient.
