Hadith 10:20
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa bin Sawwar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam and Hammad, regarding the Sunnah divorce. They both said: A man divorces his wife, then he leaves her until her waiting period (iddah) expires.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شبابة بن سوار عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد في الطلاق السنة قالا يطلق الرجل امرأته ثم يدعها حتى تنقضي عدتها
