Hadith 10:202
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Yazid, from Ibrahim, from al-Hasan, regarding the one who is afflicted by a glance [of possession] from the jinn, such that he divorces: Al-Hasan said, "It is not binding upon him." And Qatadah said, "If he buys and sells, it is binding upon him, but if he divorces in the state of his madness, it is not binding upon him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن يزيد عن إبراهيم عن الحسن في الذي تصيبه النظرة من الجنون يطلق قال الحسن لا يلزمه وقال قتادة إذا اشترى وباع لزمه وإذا طلق في حال جنونه لم يلزمه
