Hadith 10:205
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Habib, from Amr ibn Shu’ayb, who said: We found in the book of Abdullah ibn Amr, from Amr: "If a madman has intercourse with his wife, his guardian shall pronounce the divorce for him."
