Hadith 10:213
'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: "When a boy understands prayer and fasting, his divorce is permissible." Al-Hasan said: "His divorce is not permissible until he experiences a wet dream (reaches puberty)."
حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب قال إذا عقل الصبي الصلاة والصوم فطلاقه جائز قال الحسن لا يجوز طلاقه حتى يحتلم
