Hadith 10:215
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ali ibn Malik, who said: I asked al-Sha’bi about a slave who pronounced three divorces. He said: I do not see it except that he understood that the three [divorces] cause separation if they are combined.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن علي بن مالك قال سألت الشعبي غلام طلق ثلاثا قال ما اراه إلا عقل أن الثلاث يبين إن يجتمعا
