Hadith 10:227
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu’awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, he said: He used to say: The divorce of the pleuritic person and the feverish person who is delirious, and the marriage of the insane person, is nothing.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن الحكم قال كان يقول طلاق المبرسم والمحموم الذي يهذي ونكاح المجنون ليس بشيء
