Hadith 10:228
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, who said: The divorce of the pleurisy-stricken person and the one whose intellect is overcome [by illness] is not permissible during his illness.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال لا يجوز طلاق المبرسم والمغلوب على عقله في مرضه
