Hadith 10:229
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from ‘Amr ibn Haram, from Jabir ibn Zayd regarding the divorce of the pleurisy patient who is delirious and does not understand what he is saying: He said: There is no divorce for him, and no manumission, as long as he is in that state.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن عمرو بن [ هرم ] عن جابر بن زيد في طلاق المبرسم الذي يهذي ولا يعقل ما يقول قال لا طلاق له ولا عتاق ما دام على ذلك
