Hadith 10:231
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Zuhayr, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim: The divorce of one who is suffering from pleurisy (al-mubrasam), or one upon whom a calamity has descended, is not permissible, unless it is out of a desire (for it).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا الفضل بن دكين عن زهير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم لا يجوز طلاق المبرسم أو من نزل به بلاء من غير شيوة
