Hadith 10:234
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Ata', that he used to not permit the divorce of the intoxicated person.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن عطاء أنه كان لا يجيز طلاق السكران
