Hadith 10:235
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from al-Hasan and Muhammad: That they both said: His divorce is valid, and his back is to be made to ache [i.e., he is to be punished].
