Hadith 10:238
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Layth, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Utbah, that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz permitted the divorce of the intoxicated person and flogged [him].
