Hadith 10:244
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, from al-Zubayr ibn al-Khirrit, from Abu Labid, that Umar permitted the divorce of the intoxicated person based on the testimony of women.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن جرير بن حازم عن الزبير بن الخريت عن أبي لبيد أن عمر أجاز طلاق السكران بشهادة النسوة
