Hadith 10:245
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa bin Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from al-Zuhri, who said: If he divorces or emancipates, it is binding upon him, and the prescribed punishment (hadd) is established against him.
