Hadith 10:246
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz, from al-Sha'bi, he said: His divorce is permissible, and the prescribed punishment (hadd) is upon his back.
