Hadith 10:247
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Hakam, who said: Whoever divorces while in a state of intoxication from God, his divorce is nothing. And whoever divorces while in a state of intoxication from Satan, his divorce is permissible.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن إسماعيل بن سالم عن الحكم قال من طلق في سكر من الله فليس طلاقه بشيء ومن طلق في سكر من الشيطان فطلاقه جائز
