Hadith 10:260
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mansur, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said to his wife, "You are emancipated (atiqah)." He said: It is one revocable divorce (taliqah), and he has more right to her.
