Hadith 10:264
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Abu Hurra, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said to his wife: "Get out of my house, what keeps you sitting in my house? You are not a wife to me," saying it three times. Al-Hasan said: "This is one [divorce], and one looks at what he intended."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو داود عن أبي حرة عن الحسن في رجل قال لأمرأته اخرجي من بيتي ما يجلسك في بيتي لست لي بامرأة يقول ثلاث مرات قال الحسن هذه واحدة وينظر ما نوى
